Organisation

The Faculty’s management consists of the Dean, four Associate Deans and the Faculty Director. Together with the heads of department, the Faculty Management form the SCIENCE Management Team.

The Faculty Secretariat, which is headed by the Faculty Director, assists the Management and provides administrative services to the Faculty. The Secretariat consists of 11 administrative units.

The Faculty of Science is home to 12 departments. There are 15 basic research centres at the Faculty, two UNIK grants and 13 ERC grants.

A number of councils, committees and boards at the Faculty contribute to ensuring consultancy, co-involvement and dialogue regarding academic, research and education and administrative issues.
