The Student Service can assist you with:

• Renewal of enrolment, re-enrolmen to the University
• Certified transcripts
• Getting a new pincode for PUNKT.KU
• How you apply for a transfer of credits
• How you apply for preapproval of courses
• How you apply for leave
• How to apply for a dispensation
• How you resign from the university
• Your final diploma

Furthermore, Student Service will refer you to other relevant authorities as the Student Study Counsellors, the Study Board or the international coordinator if necessary.
